Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by statichost.eu (Variable Object Assignment, c/o Knackeriet, Svartmangatan 9, 111 29 Stockholm, SE). Data is processed only within the EU/EEA, not in third countries. To deliver the site to you, your IP address has to be processed briefly; it is not stored. The server logs contain no personal data and are deleted after 7 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); we have a data processing agreement with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR).
Contact by email or phone
When you write to us or call, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed and no legal retention period applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to michael@michael-adler-solutions.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
